Cafe and takeaway business in Kurri Kurri NSW - selling due to baby on the way.
We are in the towns plaza near the IGA Supermarket
Currently sit 18 with a few more chairs you could increase to 25.
Seating inside and outside in the centre. The shop has just been fully repainted in Jan.
Some of the items included are - lge 2 door sandwich bay with all trays and lids, counters, benches, tables, chairs, lights/lamps, 2 door glass front drink fridge, scoop icecream bay with freezer storage underneath, grill, cooker, 4 burrner plates, oven, warmer, deep fryer, exhaust hoods, commercial woodson double milk shake maker, blender, toaster, large pie warmer, commercial sandwich maker, till, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and more. A full inventory is available on request.
Currently trade Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm and Sat 9am - 2pm. The centre/plaza is open from 7am till 9pm Mon to Sat and 8am till 7pm Sun if you want to trade longer hours.
Currently run by myself and 2 others who come in on broken shifts at lunch times, it could be easily run by a husband and wife team or a family. The staff are willing to stay on if you would like them and i would be willing to help out for a few days so you could get to know the ropes.
