I am Currently renting a beautiful home in Lavington with 3 bedrooms and a beautiful Kitchen. LUG + 2 outside car spaces. I wish to move to Melbourne to be closer to my family and Im looking for someone to swap for something in Melbourne. I will look at nearly all suburbs but must be an acceptable suburb for children and family. I will rent any where from $140 to $170. Pref backyard but will look at places in Melbourne without a backyard. If your stuck in a lease and also want to move or just want to leave your place and come to Albury this is a good chance.
