Description
I am a well maintained (beautiful) 320M Steel Framed Brick Veneer Tiled Floored Home on 12 acres of land. I have four b/rooms and an office with all builtins.(I am a big girl and need the room). I have patios right round and my owners have had them done with liquid tiles. Flash hey! I have been built on 12 acres of land and I had the slaves fence my boundry with 6 inch concrete posts and a four strand electric fence. The property is divided up into a house block (1 acre) and an orchard of about 1.5 acres. These sections are fully irrigated from a bore with a 15hp electric irrigation pump which I had them locate in its own shed at the back of the green house. On my back paddock I run 10 head of cattle and my middle aged owners find them easy to look after with the portable yards. The cattle are fat as mud and just about ready for market as the have been fed on local bananas. I have a Massey Ferguson 178 and Galvanized Howard Slasher to service my grass but my couch lawn is mown by the boss on a rideon (he has a boss with much higher authority as well). I have 3ph (25mm cable)electricity coming straight in to my shed and back to my subboard in the house and the bus goes straight past the front door which is 70m from the road. The town water is here as well but I use the bore water to fill the ionozed pool as this means I don't have to pay for chemicals at all. I fenced the pool and installed a stainless/brick barby for the kids. I boast an established orchard with citrus, lychees, advocados,longans and those etc. trees. My gardens and orchard are established and fully irrigated with "Naan" brass sprinklers. My owners located me and the rest of the gear 10km from Innisfail and about 80KM from Cairns and because the second boss has lost his job they are going to have to relocate somewhere else and leave me here with all the chooks and the turkeys. They think they can just walk around with the cattle and never visit me. Got their own galvanized chook run they have. I hear them talking (the bosses) and they said they do not intend taking even the implements and travelling irrigator. They love living here but the second boss has got to go. He reckons I will never have to worry about bush fires and drought here. By the way I am 3km from our local beach (Etty Bay) and Mourilyan harbour and 10 km from Innisfail which is 80km from Cairns. Good spot ay! There's a primary school and daycare just up the road a couple of clicks and a pub as well. You know with a big boat I could slip over to Dunk Island and Mission Beack in just a few minutes. Leave me home all the time they do. Oh well I suppose this is paradise! Got to go feed the chooks and the cattle some bananas. Bye! |
